Industrial supergroup Revolting Cocks playing their debut album “Big Sexy Land” in its entirety, to celebrate the 30th year anniversary of the iconic Wax Trax! Records release.
Let that sink in for a minute. 30 years.
Goes to show how the album still holds its place in reverie with the Wax Trax! faithful.
Along for the bumpy ride: Paul Barker, Chris Connelly, Richard 23, Jason Novak, Dan Brill.
The performance, the audio, the visuals, the circus atmosphere: All A+.
Front Line Assembly, with Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber, reached deep into their catalog to perform some rare gems, and putting on a sonic / visual display that partnered cozily with the revolting Cocks.
A splendid set from beginning to end, gathering steam and pushback as it progressed to the end.
Opener Cubanate with front man Marc Heal did not disappoint.
A barnburner of an evening –  no doubt.
