Nice to spend some time with Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber of Front Line Assembly, even if it’s just for a couple hours on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon in September in Chicago.
They were here headlining Sunday’s Cold Wave Festival at the one and only Metro Chicago.
We spent the early afternoon along with assistant Steve Jensen at Cloud Gate, the gigantic sculpture in Millenium Park, and then spent some time taking photographs in and around the Pritzker Pavilion, before heading north towards Randolph Street in front of the Aon Center.
The day: couldn’t have planned it more perfectly in regards to the weather, the ambient light, and surroundings.
Let alone having two of the coolest chaps still performing full throttle industrial music to this day: Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber of Front Line Assembly.
A special shout out to Steve Jansen, getting the boys swiftly and safely down to Millenium Park, and acting like a trusty bodyguard.
